We will start this workshop with a very short essential introduction before diving into the basics of bookbinding. You will learn how to fold and cut paper, followed by sewing different layers and glueing a hardcover. We will create both a softcover booklet and a hardcover concertina, and you are free to customize your books individually. You will leave with two handmade notebooks, which can be used as a sketchbook, a booklet on-the-go or/and a photo book. With the learned skills you are easily able to create further books at home.

All materials are included in the costs as well as drinks and snacks.
Suitable for beginners, no prior skills are required.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to join the workshop you booked, feel free to give your place to somebody else. In case this is not possible, we offer to pick up a „material bag“, containing the materials we used in the workshop and a guide, so you can create the book(s) by yourself. Please note, that any bookbinding tools or glue are not included in the bag.
