This workshop is about sewing a book block with the very decorative French Link Stitch. After a very short essential introduction we will fold the single sections. In the beginning the sewing of multiple sections might be a bit struggling, so we will do it together step-by-step. Afterwards we will prepare the two hardcovers, where you can choose from a variety of pattern or monochrome papers or book clothes. The covers will attached to the book block while leaving out the spine, so the French Link Stitch is visible. With the learned skills you are able to create further books by yourself.

All materials are included in the costs as well as drinks and snacks.
Suitable for beginners, no prior skills are required.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to join the workshop you booked, feel free to give your place to somebody else. In case this is not possible, we offer to pick up a „material bag“, containing the materials we used in the workshop and a guide, so you can create the book(s) by yourself. Please note, that any bookbinding tools or glue are not included in the bag.
