Payment

Payment All prices and shipping are indicated in DKK & EUR, including VAT at the current rate.

We accept the following cards: Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa, MasterCard

The order amount will be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped / on the day of shipment. The payment will be made through a secure connection encrypted with SSL.

Shipping

Etiket sends worldwide within 3-10 working days from placing your order in our webshop.
The shipping costs will be added to the amount of your order and you will see the total amount in the order confirmation, before you pay.

Orders within Denmark:
39,00 DKK / 50,00 DKK (incl. home delivery)
Free delivery for orders over 400,00 DKK

Orders to other countrys:
from 100,00 DKK
(depending on the country you wish to ship your order to)

In case of delay caused by the shipping company Etiket is not responsible.
We attach great importance of careful packaging to reduce the risk of damage during the transport.
We would kindly ask you to control the package carefully at delivery. If the package arrives damaged please report immediately, but not longer than 2 days from the arrival date, to the shipping company. Etiket is not responsible for damages during the transport.

Please check your address informations carefully at the checkout. If due to an incorrect information an order is sent back or lost, we are unable to refund.

Returns

We hope, that you will be happy with your ordered items.

If not, so please get in touch with us by e-mail.

If you wish to return or exchange, please do not take the item in use. Any item, you wish to return or exchange, must be sent back in its original package and original condition within 14 days. Later returns will not be accepted.

After checked the returned item, we will refund the amount immediately minus the costs of the initial postage fee.

Please note, that the item is on your responsibility until we have received it. Any returns are processed on your own risk and expenses. We do not receive packages sent per COD (cash on delivery).

Pricing policy

Etiket retains the right to adjust prices at any time.

Defects

Any complains can be make in accordance with the rules of the Danish Sale of Good Act, established by the National Consumer Agency of Danmark.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If your complaint is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Colours

Please note, that the colours shown on the pictures in our webshop may not fully be equivalent to the real colour of the item. We try to photograph our products as accurately as possible, but lightning conditions or different colour settings of your monitor may influence the results.
