When visiting our store we collect personal data. Personal data means anything that can identify a person, either on its own or combined with other data. 

The personal information you give us as a part of the buying and selling process are your name, address, email address, phone number, language and optional account information like username and password. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. 

We store the infomation for 5 years in accordance with the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Afterwards the information will be deleted. When collecting personal data we ensure that this is always done by giving the buyer’s explicit consent, so that the buyer is informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

As a customer you always have the right to know what information is registered about you. You also have the right to see, edit or delete the personal information at any time.

Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For security reasons and to protect your personal data we use a secure socket layer (SSL).

Newsletter

We send one marketing email a month, and for this we us Mailchimp. We will only add you to our mailing list if you sign up for it. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Word Press

WordPress is the Content Management System of this site. 

By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the user profile screen from registered users.

WordPress can be extended with plugins and some of them may collect personal data

• Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

• WPML: WPML uses cookies to identify the visitor’s current language, the last visited language and the language of users who have logged in. No data from the user itself will be shared.

• WooCommerce: When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information first of all for the purpose to process your order, but also for: 
  • • Send you information about your account and order
    • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
    • Process payments and prevent fraud
    • Set up your account for our store
• WooCommerce Multilingual: WooCommerce Multilingual will use cookies to understand the basket info when using languages in domains and to transfer data between the domains. It also uses cookies to identify the language and currency of each customer’s order as well as the currency of the reports created by WooCommerce.

These personal data are processed in order to execute your purchase. The data are stored in the following period of 5 years in order to oblige the Danish Accounting Act. Henceforth the data will be deleted.
